     "markdown": "حمد النبي الله وأثنى عليه ثم قال: «لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، صدق وعده، ونصر عبده، وهزم الأحزاب وحده؛ ألا كل مأثرة أو دم أو مال يُدعى فهو تحت قدمي هاتين، إلا سدانة البيت وسقاية الحاج» {cite:ibn-hisham-saqqa 4/54}.\n\nثم بيّن حكم دية شبه العمد: «ألا وإن قتيل الخطأ شبه العمد بالسوط والعصا ففيه الدية مغلظة، مائة من الإبل، أربعون منها في بطونها أولادها» {cite:ibn-hisham-saqqa 4/54}.\n\nثم قال: «يا معشر قريش، إن الله قد أذهب عنكم نخوة الجاهلية وتعظمها بالآباء؛ الناس من آدم، وآدم من تراب»، وتلا قوله تعالى: «يا أيها الناس إنا خلقناكم من ذكر وأنثى وجعلناكم شعوبًا وقبائل لتعارفوا إن أكرمكم عند الله أتقاكم» {cite:ibn-hisham-saqqa 4/54-55}."
