     "markdown": "Ibn al-Imad relates in *Shadharat al-Dhahab* that Amid al-Mulk al-Kunduri, vizier of Alp Arslan, spoke to the sultan about cursing the Rafida from the pulpits of Khurasan, and he gave permission.
