Existence checks first, all on 26 October 2026: name-fragment searches over data/person/ and data/source/ (kamal / mekki / mekky and variants) returned only historical namesakes, and no record of him existed; the English Wikipedia API returned the title 'Kamal El-Mekki' as missing, and no Wikidata item was found for him, so the ladder's second rung was used — his Muslim Central speaker biography and independent reporting by Trinity News (Dublin), which identifies him as the former George Mason University Muslim chaplain/imam and an AlMaghrib Institute speaker. No trusted source gives a birth date or birthplace, so no born block is recorded, and no relations are recorded because the organisations named (AlMaghrib Institute, George Mason University) have no entities in the museum. His faith is recorded unknown: see the faith note. The Arabic and Urdu forms of his name are transliterations of the Latin-script name given by the sources.",
