     "markdown": "Born at Qazvin in 1828, the son of Mirza Nabi Khan Qazvini, he entered the foreign ministry and served as ambassador to Istanbul, from where his reports urged administrative reform. Recalled in 1871, he became foreign minister and then Grand Vizier (Sadr-e Azam) with the title Sepahsalar. His ministry concluded the Reuter concession of 1872, whose cancellation under Russian and clerical pressure brought his dismissal in 1873.
