It presents him as a Pamiri, that is, a man of the Pamir districts — a community and geographic background that does not attest a personal affiliation — and it records his Communist Party membership from 1921 and his Soviet offices; party membership and office never attest personal faith, and Soviet-era office does not engage the atheist bar (the gabiev and buynaksky precedent). With no source naming a school or affiliation for him personally, his affiliation stands unclassified (doubt rule).",

"source": "Built 27 October 2026 for wave 112 §B of the century-additions queue (line 1516, 'Shirinsho Shotemur (1899–1937)') from the English Wikipedia article named in the sources list, read in full on 27 October 2026 through the browser search/open route. IDENTITY: pinned by biography to the Tajik Soviet politician of that name, born 1 December 1899 in Shughnon District, a founder of Soviet Tajikistan, executed 27 October 1937; the name-variant spellings (Shirinshah Shahtimur, Shirinsho Shotemor) are the same man per the article's own lead. ENVIRONMENT LIMITATION: the reading route exposes no revision identifiers and no Wikidata item for this article, so the source is recorded on the consultation-date precedent (issued 27 October 2026), no Wikidata source file is created and no external_ids are recorded; no revision identifier or QID was invented, and the grounded-QID existence route could not be run for the same reason. Existence checked before building by name-fragment greps (shotemur, shahtemur, shotemor, shote-) across all of data/person/ — no record for him; the fragment hits were near-names for other people only. No relations are written: no place entity exists for Shughnon, Parshnev or Moscow, and his wife Alexandra Kiselyova has no person entity. His faith is recorded unknown, unflagged, on the absence configuration set out in the faith note.",
