He relates from Ibn Sa'd, in the chapter on the Prophet's aunts among the women's classes, that her mother was Fatima bint Amr ibn A'idh al-Makhzumiyya, and that in the Jahiliyya she married \"Jahir ibn Ri'ab al-Asadi\" (as in this edition), ally of Harb ibn Umayya, bearing him Abdullah, Ubaydullah, Abu Ahmad, Zaynab and Hamna {cite:ibn-hajar-isaba p. 1822}. The Prophet gave her forty wasqs of Khaybar's dates {cite:ibn-hajar-isaba p. 1822}.\n\nIbn Hajar infers from this that her daughter Zaynab was alive when the Prophet married her {cite:ibn-hajar-isaba p. 1822}. This entry also mentions her daughter [[person/hamna-bint-jahsh|Hamna bint Jahsh]]."
