     "markdown": "Abd al-Rahman al-Nasir arrested Ahmad ibn Ishaq and killed him. When that reached Umayya, he rebelled and came under the protection of Rudhmir, king of the Jalaliqa. He helped him against the Muslims and guided him to their weaknesses, as al-Mas'udi reports {cite:muruj-al-dhahab p.359-360}.\n\nOne day he went out hunting, and his attendants took control of the city and barred him from it, and wrote to Abd al-Rahman.
