Overview
On Friday 16 Muharram 403 the Sharif al-Radi Abu'l-Hasan al-Musawi was invested as naqib of the Talibids in all realms: his patent came from Baha' al-Dawla's presence, read at Fakhr al-Mulk's house before the assembled notables — ashraf, judges, scholars, soldiers — and a black robe of honor was conferred on him: the first Talibid in Abbasid history to receive the black 1.
