Journeys through time
- Cave of Hira — Mecca · 610 CE. A still night wraps around the mountains of Mecca. Before you rises Jabal al-Nour, and near its peak a small dark cave.
- The First Mosque — Medina · 622 CE. A courtyard of packed earth, columns of palm trunks, and a roof of woven palm fronds.
- The House of Wisdom — Baghdad · 830 CE. The Round City: massive circular walls enclosing the caliph's palace and the heart of the state.
