Summary
Hasan Ali is a scholar and educator in North London. His standard biography records that he graduated as an 'alim in 1997, took a master's degree in educational psychology at the University of London's Institute of Education in 2006, and founded Safar Academy while serving as imam of the London Islamic Cultural Society. 1
Safar Academy and Safar Publications
Safar Publications' own about page states that the Safar Academy Trust was founded by him in 1998 and carries a founder's message signed by him as founder of Safar Academy and Safar Publications; its curriculum is now used in more than sixty countries. 2 He later taught at Brondesbury College for Boys and at Ebrahim College before devoting himself full-time to Safar. 1
Positions and faith
Read this section as the report of the sources, not as a museum ruling.
No source consulted names a school for him personally. His training, his imamate and his founding of Safar Academy are recorded in his biographies, but none of these attests a school, so no faith value is recorded for him. 1
