Overview
Muhammad Hadi Assegaf is an Indonesian singer of shalawat (devotional songs in praise of the Prophet ﷺ), born in 2012, who began his career as a six-year-old child artist in 2018, according to his entry in the Indonesian Wikipedia list of child artists, which gives his genres as qasidah, Islamic pop and gambus. 1
His official video descriptions call him "a talented kid from Indonesia" known as "Habib Assegaf", and his recordings are released by the RPM label (PT Royal Prima Musikindo) of Jakarta. 2
No dedicated Wikipedia article and no Wikidata item exist for him as of the check date (24 October 2026); this record therefore rests on his entry in the Indonesian Wikipedia list and on his own channel, is deliberately short, and attributes to him nothing these sources do not support.
Career and work
The child-artists list names his best-known songs as "Bahebbak Wa Baridak", "Innal Habibal Mustofa" and "Syaikhona" (2020), and "Engkau Sang Nabi" (2021). 1
His published video recordings include "Muhammad Nabina", "Qod Kafani" and "Huwannur", and a live performance of "Man Ana" shared with Habib Syech bin Abdul Qodir Assegaf. His official video credits name Abdul Kadir Assegaf as producer and director of his recordings, with Octav Panggabean for RPM as executive producer alongside him. 2
In Indonesia's shalawat milieu he is presented as a grandson of Habib Syech bin Abdul Qodir Assegaf, the famous shalawat singer of Solo: video titles in circulation call him "Habib Syech's grandson" and song-app profiles repeat the description. The museum records this as those sources present it, without independent documentation of the line of descent. 2
Reach
The founder's harvest recorded about 2.17 million subscribers for his YouTube channel in October 2026, a platform figure that changes constantly; the harvest notes three channels under the Assegaf name carrying his work, including family channels and the label's channel. 2
