Is there a book giving the most cautious view on disputed questions?

هل يوجد كتاب يبين القول الأحوط في المسائل الخلافية؟

A questioner asks for a fiqh book that gives, for every disputed question, the evidence and the most cautious view that takes one out of the disagreement, not only the preferred view. IslamQA answered that acting on caution is not always meritorious or always required, and that it knows of no single book that gives the most cautious view on every question of fiqh, setting out a definition of caution and quotations from scholars on legitimate scrupulousness.

Caution, precaution (ihtiyat)

Ihtiyat in the lexicon is taking the most prudent and secure course, and guarding against error. Jurists use it in these senses. Scrupulousness (wara') is avoiding doubtful matters for fear of falling into what is forbidden. One of the rules built on caution is that the forbidden prevails when the lawful and the forbidden are mixed; its scope is treated in the books of legal maxims. Whether caution applies to obligatory, recommended and forbidden acts is treated in the usul appendix. Note: the heading in the scan is spelled اختياط.
