The title song

The British trip-hop group Massive Attack remixed 'Mustt Mustt' into a UK club hit, the first song in Urdu to reach the British charts, and it was later used in a Coca-Cola advertisement. 1 The label claims the album sold over 600,000 copies outside the Indian subcontinent, a figure attributed to it. 1

Reception

Alternative Press voted it one of the top 100 albums of the 1990s; it reached number 14 on Billboard's world albums chart in 1991; David Lynch of The Austin Chronicle called it a "seminal fusion", and Nitin Sawhney said it "changed the face of British music forever". 1 It was also seen as a "secularized" or "Western" version of Khan's other qawwali albums. 1

The songs

Eleven tracks, among them Khan's 'Mustt Mustt', 'Nothing Without You (Tery Bina)', 'Taa Deem' and 'Shadow', Brook's instrumentals such as 'Tracery' and 'Sea of Vapours', and the Massive Attack remix to close; it runs 49 minutes. 1 Tracks from it and from Night Song went into the remix album Star Rise. 1
