Events of the same year

The "Fragments of Gold" says that in the same year the Georgians raided Azerbaijan, and the garrisons of Khilat and the Roman Arzan were appointed to fight them, and the king of the Georgians was killed in the battle line. 3

In the same year the Franks came suddenly to Hama and took women from its gate. King al-Mansur came out to them and fought, and stood in the rearguard. Ibn al-Imad says that had he not stood there, they would have left no one of the Muslims. 3
