Summary
Abd al-Aziz ibn Ja'far ibn Ahmad ibn Dara, known as Ghulam al-Khallal, author of the two books al-Shafi and al-Tanbih in the school's fiqh 1. He wrote on his copy of al-Kharaqi's Mukhtasar that al-Kharaqi had differed from him in sixty questions he did not name; Judge Abu al-Husayn ibn al-Farra' traced them and found ninety-eight 2. He died in 363 AH 1.
