Overview

Hanash ibn Abd Allah al-San'ani, a Successor who was with Ali in Kufa, then came to Egypt after Ali's killing and was counted among the Egyptians, as al-Maqqari mentions in "Nafh al-Tib". 2.

His stances

He was among those who rose with Ibn al-Zubayr against Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan, and Abd al-Malik pardoned him. 2.

Al-Andalus

It is said that he was the third of the Successors who entered al-Andalus. The people of Saragossa claim that he died among them and did not return to the East, and his grave there is well known and sought for blessing. 2.

These reports are given in the form "it is said" and "they claim", and need an additional source.
