Overview

Hisham al-Jawaliqi, who was known as Abu Malik al-Hadrami, and who was one of the Shi'i theologians according to Ibn al-Nadim. He held a debate with Abu Ali al-Jubba'i on the imamate and its establishment, in the presence of Abu Muhammad al-Qasim ibn Muhammad al-Karkhi. 2

He wrote a book on the Imamate, and a book refuting Abu Ali's view of the Imamate, which he did not complete. 2

The museum's data has a confusion in the line of descent (Ibn Mamlak al-Isfahani), and it needs to be checked against the source.
