Overview
Abu al-Qasim Abd al-Aziz ibn Nuhayrir ibn Abd al-Aziz ibn al-Barraj. He was judge of Tripoli in Syria in the time of its emirs, and was given the title Izz al-Mu'minin (Glory of the Believers). He died in 481 AH (1088 CE). 1
