Overview
Ibrahim ibn Ghiyath, a judge mentioned by Ibn al-Nadim in the Fihrist. Al-Ma'mun bought his loyalty and prepared him for the judgeship. 2
The report
Ibn al-Nadim relays from Bishr ibn al-Walid that they had seen judges described with shameful attributes, and asked whether they would consider a judge who is hired. The judgement here is that of Bishr ibn al-Walid, and not the judgement of the museum. 2
The data do not record his birth or death. It needs an additional source.
