Overview

Ramhurmuz is a city in the districts of al-Ahwaz. The book Futuh al-Buldan mentions that Abu Musa made a truce with it, then its people broke the covenant, and Abu Maryam al-Hanafi made peace with it for eight hundred thousand dirhams. Then its people betrayed again, and Abu Musa conquered it by force at the end of his days. 1
