Overview
The book recorded by Baruch ibn Neriah, scribe of the prophet Jeremiah. It traces the lineage of Ma'add ibn Adnan to Qaydar ibn Isma'il through some thirty fathers. This differs from the version in Ibn Hisham and other Arab genealogies. 1
Al-Mas'udi cites it as evidence of the disagreement among people about lineage above Ma'add. 1
