Overview
Ibn al-Imad, in the "Fragments of Gold", in the events of 833 AH, relates from al-Burhan al-Biqai a report he heard from Badr al-Din Husayn al-Biri. Al-Biri had lived in Amid for a time, and reported that frogs had rained down there in the summer. 2
He said that this was not strange in that region, but a common occurrence. This is a report transmitted by hearsay from a single narrator, and it needs an additional source. 2
