Overview

Shurayh ibn al-Ahwas, son of al-Ahwas ibn Ja'far al-Kilabi. Luqayt ibn Zurara was stabbed on the day of Sha'b Jabala, when he drove his horse into the ravine and fell wounded. It is said that the one who stabbed him was Juz' ibn Khalid ibn Ja'far, but the first version is more firmly established in the source 2.
