al-Baladhuri reports that Ubayda ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Qaysi was governor of Ifriqiya after Bishr ibn Safwan al-Kalbi, and that Abd Allah ibn al-Habhab was appointed after him 1.

In another copy of the book the name appears as "Ubayd Allah" 1.
