Overview
Yahya ibn Umar ibn Talakakin, one of the leaders of the Lamtuna. He practised asceticism with Abd Allah ibn Yasin at the ribat of the island when his people turned away from him, and he went out with him in the call of the Almoravids, according to Ibn Khaldun 2.
