Overview

"Al-Takmila li-Kitab al-Sila" (The Supplement to the Book of the Connection), a biographical dictionary by Ibn al-Abbar al-Balansi, on the scholars, poets and ministers of al-Andalus. 1

Al-Maqqari relies on it in "Nafh al-Tib", and cites it in the biographies of al-Rushati, Ibn Khafaja, Abu al-Rabi al-Kalla'i and others. It contains much about the losses of Andalusian cities. 1
