موجز

المنذر بن محمد سابع أمراء بني أمية في قرطبة، وحكم بين سنتي 273 و275هـ. أقام في الملك سنتين إلا نصف شهر، وتوفي في منتصف صفر سنة 275هـ. ²

وينقل المقري بيتاً قيل فيه: «بالمنذر بن محمد صلحت بلاد الأندلس». ²

تاريخ الوفاة في بيانات المتحف محسوب من التاريخ الهجري المذكور، وهو من مصدر واحد.

The Great Mosque of Cordoba; al-Maqqari transmits the report of a brass candelabrum of a thousand lamps and three red-marble columns bearing the name of Muhammad, Moses' staff and Noah's raven — noting himself that the sound Andalusian historians did not mention it.
