Overview

Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Awn, one of al-Shalmaghani's followers. He was arrested with him. When he was ordered to slap him, he reached toward al-Shalmaghani's beard and head, and his hand trembled, so he kissed al-Shalmaghani's beard and head. He was crucified with him in Dhu al-Qa'da 322 AH, and both were burned with fire, as Ibn al-Athir relates. 2
