Overview

Muhammad ibn Humayd al-Tusi, a lord from Tus. Al-Mas'udi relates from his client, the servant Fa'iq, that his singing-girl sang from behind the curtain, and his boy threw himself from the house into the Tigris. The girl tore the curtain and threw herself after him, and neither of them was found. Muhammad then stopped the drinking and rose from his gathering. 1
