Overview

Thabit ibn Qutba al-Khuza'i. He and his brother Hurayth were with Musa ibn Abd Allah ibn Khazim at Termez, and they solicited help from Tarkhun. Their confidence in Musa grew great, and it was said to him: "The name is yours alone, and they are the masters of the army" 1.

Hurayth

When Hurayth was killed by an arrow, the companions of Musa sought to be rid of Thabit. He joined the people of Hashurra and sought Tarkhun's help. Then Musa besieged Termez with eighty thousand men, and Musa made a night attack on them, and the non-Arabs returned to their lands 1.
