Brief
The Message (1976) is a feature film about the beginning of Islam. Its makers filmed it twice, in Arabic and in English, and chose never to show or voice the Prophet.
About
The film follows the Prophet's mission in Mecca, the migration to Medina, and the battles of Badr and Uhud. Scenes in which the Prophet is addressed are filmed from his point of view.
How it was received
